What is self-soothing?
Self-soothing is when a baby can wake up and settle back to sleep without assistance from a parent or caregiver. Babies often self-soothe by bringing their hands to their mouth or gently rubbing their cheeks. Our Swaddle Up™, with its unique wing design, encourages this safe self-soothing behaviour, leading to a more settled baby—and more restful sleep.
When to Transition to Arms-Free Sleep
Once your baby begins showing signs of rolling, it’s essential to stop swaddling and transition them to arms-free sleep using the Swaddle Up™ Transition Bag.

Care & Maintenance: Preparation: Wash before first use; close zipper before washing.
Washing: Machine wash on a warm, gentle cycle in a wash bag with similar colours.
After Washing: Gently reshape the garment while damp.
Drying: Tumble dry on low. For warm or extra-warm garments, tumble dry inside out on a second cycle to speed up drying.
Ironing: Use a warm iron if needed, avoiding the zipper area.
Important: Do not soak, bleach, iron over the zipper, or dry clean.
Note: Dark printed colours may fade slightly after washing; this does not affect the garment’s quality or comfort.
