At Mamas & Papas, we want you and your little one to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy, you can return your items within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Ensure your items are in their original, unused condition with all tags attached and packaging intact.

  Register Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal to enter your order number and select the items you wish to send back.

• 3.
  Package Your Items

  Securely pack your items and attach the prepaid shipping label provided via the returns portal to the outside of your parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to any authorized drop-off point and keep your receipt to track your return until it reaches our warehouse.
